Wonder what our liberal girls here thought of debate? Confused? Hokies? The ignored users?

Vance did a better job of selling Trump than Trump did selling Trump
As somebody said yesterday, both were better than Kamala and trump. I didn't pay much attention to it, but they both came across more personable than both Kamala and trump.
Vance has no backbone and is a coward. He can't defend his previous comments about trump. Walz isn't the brightest nor most experienced (like Vance).

It was clear Trump told him not to concede anything about losing the election. That would be my biggest criticism of his performance last night.
Walz isn’t dumb but he’s hardly an intellectual. When someone in a position of power openly admits, “I’m a knucklehead at times”, it’s the “at times” part that concerns me. Knucklehead’s gonna knucklehead.Now, if you want to watch a serious lack of being able to defend a previouslieclaim . . .

I am not sure what is worse: you sharing something that made its rounds numerous times on social media 12 hours ago or you thinking either of those are funny or entertaining.
I would rather see it laid out like the evolution of man. Except each walking a little more slumped over.
Good. Why would he? We are dealing with the consequences of an unaccountable government now which is a direct result of stolen election.
I don’t think Vance believes it. Especially given how he was responding during the debate - it stood out compared to the rest of his performance.
I watched probably 40 minutes of it in total. I don’t think debates matter and I think VP debates matter even less, and the overall goal is everyone forgetting it happened in the next 24 hours by not saying anything stupid.
Vance did well overall. I disagree with a ton of what he said but he kept the conversation largely on policy and didn’t say insane shit. I guess the phrase “common sense” tested well because he said it a lot.
Walz did fine. He looked uncomfortable sometimes but again, the mission was to be boring and he was.
If I had to pick a “winner” I guess Vance. Some of that may be him benefiting from low expectations. I don’t think very many people watched and had their mind changed on who they would vote for. Maybe Vance made himself a bit less of an anchor around Trump’s neck by going a few consecutive hours without saying anything really dumb.
Low expectations? Which campaign was out the day before lowering expectations?
I mean my personally low expectations for Vance’s ability to not immediately begin mud slinging.
Granted he was at it again immediately after the debate but he kept a lid on it during.
Yep, except looking scared, saying he’s friends with school shooters (twice), being forced to dance around his own lies, and admitting he is a self described knucklehead that’s bad with words, Walz did just fine.
