Watching CFL.....Didn't you guys have a RB named Van once?

He's the starting RB for Ottawa, but they said a different college name for him. But I thought for sure you had a guy with that name that played RB. And Cato took a few snaps while the starting Montreal QB was in the locker room getting fixed up after an injury. Completed a few passes, ran for a 1st down. Wonder why he isn't starting. Plus Montreal has Vernon Adams on their roster, and I bet there will be pressure to play him.

He ended up going to Montana to finish his career. That's probably the college they said. He was a 4 star coming out of HS, committed to Florida, but they wanted him to play CB, so he came here to have a shot at RB.

Yes. Travon left here because he wasn't going to get playing time. He went to Montana and now is with Ottawa. He is their starting RB but got injured last night.

Travon was an extremely nice guy that I got to know pretty well. The CFL style fits him well with all the added motion pre-snap. I think he should have a nice long career up north as long as he stays healthy.
