Better coaches and better players. We only have a couple players that would start for the top teams in the conference. We have maybe 8 out of 22 that would be in JMU or Troy’s 2-deep.

I figure this is Abraham and Ali’s last year here. Porter and Neal are gone. The young talent on D has potential, but our DC is horrible. We have no offensive talent on the team at any position returning plus our OC is horrible.

If this staff returns we may not win 3 games next year.

I've never been a big advocate of someone being relieved of their duties, but in this case I'll make an exception.

Need a serious overhaul of the entire football program. Coaches and coordinators aren't qualified, most of the players aren’t talented enough to play at FBS level. There’s just so much off about the program from the bottom up.
