Good game bleeds. Coach said after the game they have alot of basketball left and they still could make some noise. You are still in rhe running until you lose that last game. Impressed with DD today. Good day. Cats won and wv won in OT and the herd snapped their streak.

so does the hanging on to win and realizing that is something they can do help this season? The BBal team has has so much of a loser attitude over the last couple years that I think it helps their confidence in close games in the last 5 minutes. Will have to see the proof is in the pudding. LOL

I was at the Cam for the game yesterday. I have season tickets, but haven't gotten to every home game. I've been to more than I've missed and yesterday's atmosphere was the best I've seen all season. Hopefully yesterday's W will be looked back on as a potential turning point for DD.

The bottom line is this team is very slowly improving. We've gone from serious struggles to leading at halftime to now, finally, holding onto that lead and pulling out the win. I really hope the improved shooting vs UTEP wasn't just a one-game experience and can be built on further going forward. That would be big.

I try to go early. Yesterday I saw something in the pregame practice I do not think they do often. They really worked hard with asst. coaches and mgrs. thumping them with pads as they tried to drive and shoot. I do not know if it helped but maybe,maybe.

There is no way to overstate this when it comes to this basketball season... Any win IS a big win.

Hopefully we avoid dead last and make the CUSA tourney. It would be good experience for all the young guys.
