It's "the law"....Trump didn't want to separate kids from their parents, but it's that damned law....can't do anything about it. Wish he could - but he couldn't because of the stupid Democrats and their stupid law. Gotta change the law.
Of course, Trump stating this travesty was due to "The Law" was our first clue it wasn't. Like nearly everything Trump says - it was bullshit. It wasn't the damned law or the damned Democrats - it was a damned oranged-faced, pathological lying jackass executing another "Fire!! ready, aim" maneuver.
The stupidity of this administration is only eclipsed by its moral depravity.
