What you wrote is true. It is pretty much confined to big metro areas. If it ever spilled over into the burbs or small towns it would really get ugly. But, it probably won't.

Correct, Baltimores Problems belong to Baltimore. Fergusons Problems belong to Ferguson. Small town america and suburbia shouldnt give two shits about this news cause it doesnt involve or affect us.
