Justin Cogar, I apologize if I misspelled his last name. He was another Southern West Virginia high school athlete that signed with West Virginia. Now, I do believe he will have a better opportunity to see the field faster than the Lilly kid from Woodrow Wilson. Justin is a better all around athlete and he is expected to play (TE).
