On paper, a pretty impressive group:
#12 in the country on 3rd Down Pct.
#14 in Red Zone Defense
#15 in Yards Per Game
#17 Scoring Defense
#22 Rush Defense
#56 Pass Efficiency Defense

Held Army to 137 rushing yards (they average 274 against everyone else) and 8 points.
Held FIU to 217 total yards (they average 436 against everyone else).

I got to watch a lot of their games against FIU, UAB, and Charlotte. Similar to MTSU, they crowd the box and put everyone within 8-10 yards of the line of scrimmage and dare you to throw it over their heads. Also like MTSU, they play sound assignment football and frustrate you into making poor decisions and turning the ball over (ex. - UAB threw 4 INTs).

Not to sound like Captain Obvious, but we're going to need Isaiah to be sharp and disciplined this weekend. If it's not there, throw it away. WKU can't run the ball offensively and rely on Storey to bail them out on junk plays or home run plays from Lucky Jackson. However, we will need to take some shots down field to back their safeties off.

Should be an interesting game. As good as they've been on defense thus far, I still think we can run the ball with success. We just can't give them the game with turnovers or bailing on the run game early if we're bottled up early (ala Boise State 2nd half).
