Disagree, that was a late ass slide by the QB. You can’t wait till the defender has committed to the tackle to give yourself up.
That said, we deserve every bad call we freaking get. This is embarrassing.
Sure he can. It's gamesmanship. He baited the defender in and then drew the penalty.
My point is, if the defender has already committed himself and the contact is unavoidable, it is not a foul. In my opinion that is what happened.
You can’t “bait” them into unavoidable contact, and throw your feet out and receive personal foul. (Well obviously you can, but it shouldn’t have been called.)
