When I first joined AOL in 1994, I stumbled onto a religious chat room and saw people typing prayers to God in all caps. I remember thinking, "If He can hear you here, why can't He hear you kneeling at your bedside? Go there. Why do all these people need to know what your prayers are?"

They are jealous. Not just of MU and our soccer championship, but of what MU means to WV, and what MU does for its sons and daughters. Jealous of who the MU grads are in their sad little towns and what they have and are. Jealous of what REAL named for the state, state college in better run states are and mean to those people. Jealous of people who have a real relationship with a real college they really attended.
All they have is some Wal-Mart loyalty to some college they never attended and which has NEVER and will NEVER matter. A sad life.
