You say these things you need to be specific or else it's just BS you're claiming to know.

Huff was clearly liked by his players, enough to listen to him.
Encouraging a player to hit the transfer portal because you're leaving is what tons of coaches do and players often choose to do, because they got recruited by the coach, not the program...and why stay when the reason you're there, is gone?

Also, coaches tend to purposely recruit players and keep them on the bench, just to prevent them from going to a competing program, where they would start.
Huff's actions are PG-13 by comparison.
