What I admire about herdman

You don't take things too serious. I enjoy arguing with you as much as anyone because I can go at it but you don't take things personally. I caught a glimpse of the hell you're catching on HH. I miss a few of those guys conversation as much as everyone, but Christ...it's like being threatened to be kicked out of the middle school clique by all the self annointed cool guys. Kudos for being your own man. I still think you're a knucklehead though.

I read every board and have done so daily long before bangate. I like stuff about all of them. Aaron seems like a good guy and I've enjoyed the conversations I've had with him in the past. I don't know the guys running Herdfans but they run a good board. Mark has always treated me good here. But I've been on Herdnation since the very beginning. This is where I spend the most time because I posted here long before the people involved in the recent events started posting here.

All the stuff that happened is unfortunate. But grownups need to live with their decisions and move on. I wish everyone well. I enjoyed everyone of them guys and wish them no ill. I'm glad you're posting here and I hope you enjoy posting on the other boards as well. I do get a chuckle at the people who have ended up in bed together given their history on Pullman.

But if you're nostalgic for the days of the past herdman, let me help you live the days of yestermonth...

extra, people who know me in real life (the way you do) know who I am and how I treat people. Those folks matter to me and I have faith they aren't gullible enough to believe all the innuendo and half truths posted over the past month.

Yes...and that's why I praised herdman. From what I've seen here, the people who run this board are encouraging posters to post wherever they're comfortable...not trying to divide sides. I read every board and like things about all of them. Post where you want. If that's all of them, so be it. If it's only one, so be that too.

I think the Herd needs folks talking everywhere. Aaron Perkins and I are very different people but he loves the Herd like nobody else, has a big heart and is a good guy. I have no issue with anyone posting over there or at Herdfans. I personally read the CNBBS forum daily as well and have read the free boards at HH since they opened.

Contrary to popular rumor, we don't make money off of traffic or hits. Yes traffic creates interest which translates but I feel good about where are and I'll take my chances.
