Can't make this shit up, but here it is:

  • Step 1: Two weeks after 55% of Michiganders have gotten fully vaccinated, the state will allow in-person work for all sectors of business.
  • Step 2: Two weeks after 60% of Michiganders have gotten fully vaccinated, the state will increase indoor capacity and sports stadiums and indoor capacity at conference centers, banquet halls and funeral homes to 25%. It will also increase capacity at exercise facilities and gyms to 50% and lift the curfew on restaurants and bars.
  • Step 3: Two weeks after 65% of Michiganders have gotten fully vaccinated, the state will lift all indoor capacity limits and require only social distancing between parties, as well as further relax limits on residential social gatherings.
  • Step 4: Two weeks after 70% of Michiganders have gotten fully vaccinated, the state will lift the gatherings and face masks order so MDHSS won’t broadly mitigate it unless there are unanticipated circumstances (variants that resist the vaccine, etc.).

2 years in a row I've had to cancel my annual trip to the upper peninsula. Perhaps I will just go up to northern Wisconsin just across the state line.

Is there anywhere to catch a bunch of bluegill up there on some nightcrawlers around Dundee?

If I get in the spirit of wanting to live again, I might try to fish like I used to back when I thought waking up every day was good. Maybe in Michigan, it'll happen with the dimmer light. In WV or even around here, I'll probably always just want knives sawing my neck off and shit.

I went up there last year when they had the damn Stay at Home order. Here and there and everywhere. The roads were empty. The world was shut down. I was out there by myself on the road with two other psychotics who drove 100. I only drove 75 though.

It still messed me up in the head. The whole time all I thought about was how we would all be on welfare forever, but stuff has actually opened back up. I was never so thankful to see traffic again.

The whole thing has really shaken my trust with people and society though. If people are really willing to all cower in a basement over something like this, just seems like overall doom. Don't see how it can ever be any good, but we've come a long way from that.

Just scared to death that we'll somehow go back to it.

Why don't you just move down here to Southern Indiana? It's wide open. You have to wear a mask at the casinos, but honestly that is probably a good idea even in non-pandemic times, some of those old people piss and shit their pants right there at the slots.
That's the plan. Main reason I'm going to Madison is to check out the town, and maybe look at some houses. They sell for a higher price there. Jeffersonville wasn't all that bad, but New Albany seemed to have higher home prices than Jeffersonville, so I'm guessing New Albany is whiter. Preference would be to have some old farmhouse a few miles out of town, and not be able to see another house. I want to sit outside naked and drink beer in late September and all of October. Just sit out there, and watch B1G football games from noon to midnight.

You didn't look too hard if you think NA has higher home prices than Jeff. Jeff has a lot of new developments that have higher prices, out in what was once country. NA doesn't, because NA has no spare land, the county line and Silver Creek is right on the east edge and the west edge has a big fvcking escarpment that rises 400 feet above the valley floor.

Now over that big fvcking escarpment is nice country. You can find what you are looking for out there, but prices are high.

We could go into the cocaine business and you should be able to snatch this one:

You should look into Floyds Knobs, Georgetown, Lanesville, all the way to Corydon if you want quiet and privacy.. Starlight and the Borden area is nice, Starlight is absolutely where I would live if I both had the cash and didn't have to commute.

Clark County past Jeff is starting to get crowded. Lots of pricey homes. And you don't want ANYTHING on Charlestown's water system, the water is fvcked up. That's an important thing to ask. Watson Water is fine.

Believe it or not, I absolutely hate the house you posted. I could enjoy the back yard area with the pool, but the rest of it is just too fancy. Need wood, and old shit. Hell, I wouldn't even feel comfortable taking a shit in that house's bathroom. Just way too fancy. Probably even has one of those things that flushes your ass after taking a decent dump. That's not for me. I'll find my style and post.

I actually agree 100%. I figured it looks like a cocaine house, a Scarface mansion. But I LOVE the view that home has. I'd sit out back by the pool and vape weed all day, and just stare through a good set of binoculars.

Here's one, and you can buy an RV and park it in the garage.

Hell, if I was going to do that I'd get something out on I-74 in west Indiana headed toward Illinois. Prairie land where nobody is. I liked it there, but it's not directly north so it's not as effective as driving to Michigan.

If it wasn't for that though, Crawfordsville, Indiana or somewhere out around there would be great. I always stopped at a place past Danville, Illinois though to sit and write about everybody wishing I was dead.

Queers on bikes ended up ruining that. I don't care that they're queers wanting to dress up in spandex. And they did leave me alone, but I don't want to be around anyone at all when I'm writing about people wanting me to die.

Hell that place looks like it used to be a restaurant, or maybe it was just a bunch of Amish families that built it and all shared the same house. I could have a hell of a party in that kitchen/dining area though. Put a bunch of TVs along the walls, and just stay totally inebriated all the time. Looks like you wouldn't even have to leave the place. I need to talk to Doc Fungus about this one, and see if he wants to go in with me to buy it. $900,000 isn't too bad, especially when splitting the costs with Doc Fungus. $100,000 for me, and $800,000 for Doc.

Yeah, I was thinking it would be a hell of a place to throw a big cookout/party.
