fulfillment comes from being able to overcome adversity. All these suburban white women have no real adversity in their lives. They go to yoga class, drive the kids around in their Yukon, have wine Wednesday with the girls, and post pictures all day on Facebook. They have somebody come in twice a week to clean and they order carry out or delivery for meals, unless they want to cook so they can take pictures to post to show what great moms they are.
Since their lives have no depth, they search for causes. They feel guilty that they have it so good, so they amplify everything negative to try and claim struggle. First world problems become life and death issues.
On the other side of the coin you have these socially maladjusted blue or pink hair freaks that have nothing going on. Generally no shot at a real career, men don’t want them, even their cats really don’t like them. They are also just looking for meaning and think they achieve it through their social battles.
It’s all just misplaced anger.
