Obama given the diamond cutter today by scotus on illegal immigrants. Thanks to the filibuster/out right refusal of congress to confirm Obamas nominee the Supreme Court deadlocked and didn't overturn the lower courts decision saying Obama over reached. Up next, the clean power plan. It will also get rejected.

Saw the header and thought, maybe because I don't pay attention to the Boy Scouts.

And who is going to stop Obama from continuing his immigration policies? It sure as hell won't be the doj and the GOP won't do anything to stop him

The Presidents response was like watching my 7 year old whining for my refusal to give her ice cream for dinner.

it was funny watching him spend the entire presser blaming the ruling on Republicans not confirming a SCOTUS justice... he didn't want to touch the fact that 4 judges ruled against him...

wasn't this case heard before Scalia died? If so a newly confirmed judge wouldn't be issuing a decision on a case that he wasn't a part of. Obama is just playing up to the stupidity of Americans.

What he really did by arguing that point is confirm that his nominee was a liberal judge that would support Obama on the court. Otherwise, how would he know how he would interpret the case?
