Why is this a crime?

Because prostitution is a crime, so being a prostitute is a crime. What exactly am I missing with your confusion?

You can say “this shouldn’t be a crime”, and that’s a different discussion. To some degree about 90% of women in the dating market are prostitutes, but they just charge the cost of dinner and drinks. Prostitution is a crime because it leads to the exploration of a lot of women. If it were legal you would see even more sex trafficking than we already have.

If she were smart, she would just film it and say they're making porn . . .

Pissing in public can get you landed as a sex offender. That’s retarded. When you gotta go you gotta go.
A guy that I know from our golf group went golfing with another group golfing. A guy in that group took a piss on the golf course. Someone called the cops from the nearby neighborhood. The sheriff's office shows up at the course and that guy got arrested and the course had adjoining a school property. Wooded acres between. The DA and sheriff wanted to play hard ass and he was facing sex offender charges because it was near a school. No line of site and wooded for acres. He wasn't facing the school and was behind trees but the people saw him pissing from a house on the course.

It took awhile but it cost him all kinds of money in legal fees and thought he was facing time and being listed as a sex offender. They finally dropped the charges but it took a few months.

There isn't any confusion on my part as I was not asking how is this prostitution.
