what should be really concerning is if he carries all the states that romney won in 2012 and michigan and pa, and hell even ohio, he'd still not be to 270.

that's the thing, he's polling well in national polls, he's done okay in some swing state polls yet though those polls aren't really accurate at the moment, the concern for the gop just should be where is the path to 270?

another thing that would concern me if i were the gop, his speech last night. when you put him on a prompter with speechwriters he comes across as so neutered, but yet if you let him off the prompter he tends to say shit that's going to alienate a large chunk on the voters you need to get to 270.

Regardless of who wins, the next four years will be defined as the most vitriolic period of American politics in many of our lifetimes. The left is literally physically attacking Trump supporters. If he wins, that will just embolden their violent behavior. Hillary's prolonged fight with Bernie has shown there's a HUGE chunk of the Democrat party that detests her. And it doesn't matter who wins, the opposition party in both chambers will automatically refuse to work with them on key issues.
