WKU basketball lands transfer from Auburn

They’ll get these types every year. The question is, will they develop a Justin Johnson type over four years? Everyone gets all giddy about transfers and 19 year old recruits, but the long term development of players is what wins. Good luck to them on filling JJ’s shoes the same way it’s going to be tough for us to fill AP’s.

Carson Williams is very much like a shorter Johnson, rough, tough, good shooter and a much better rebounder than one would expect for 6'5''. Really hoped we were after him, he's going to be very close to home down in Bowling Green, from Owensville area (prettys sure of that).

Sad thing is Johnson wanted to come to Marshall but the idiot Herrion didn't recruit him or extend an offer. Just think of what we could have done with Johnson on the team the last 3 to 4 years.
