He and all the other toys found a new kid to love them.
Woody has quietly retired. Paul is too emotionally upset about it to bring it up on the radio. No hard feelings between him and Kindred. His wheels just can't handle it anymore and he thought it was time to look into a disability. Otherwise, his health seems to be at least stable; talked with him at length down at The Union after the Miami game. This guy gave his entire life to Marshall -- we were classmates together. Can't think of anyone who bleeds more green. More importantly, he's just a really decent guy.
Well stated Tim. We wish him well. He was a walking history of Marshall athletics.
I talked to Woodrow a few weeks ago, he's doing much much better and looks great. Woodrow told me, he hopes to be back on the air sometime early next year.
