Just curious- why was Doc so great after the last few years and now after 4 games the coaching staff is trash?
Because some of us see through the bullshit and know his greatness is a result of a D3 nation schedule. And now the rest of the board is finally waking up to what a few of us have pointed out for years now.
Doubt there were a great number of fans who thought Doc was "so great" at any time. He is a good recruiter, however, his game day decisions have always left something to be desired, IMHO. I do believe, he has the good of our program as his first priority, just question his ability to make good sound decisions under pressure...something that is absolutely crucial no matter how talented the players on the field happen to be.
I just remember prior to the season how many people posted that the Doc era was just getting started, how WVU only played Marshall when Doc was starting to build and now would be the time Marshall would kick their ass, how Doc has won 10 games a year and we're afraid to lose him to a P5, how we're so grateful Snyder is gone and Doc is here.. yada yada.
So did he win 10 games multiple years and is great, or is the coaching staff trash and he needs do be replaced?(and I'd like to know by whom)
Why because I support Doc and appreciate his winning seasons while people like you are just hypocrites and get mad when I point out the truth? Makes sense

They are in the MEAC, which is a D1 conference. It's not like we've played Concord or WVSU lately.
MSU was awful, but they are 2-2 now. Sure, they only play HBCU's, but Howard isn't any worse than State or Concord.
