It still remains a mystery to me why so many are defending fraud, wasteful spending and illegal aliens over Americans.

Wasteful spending agreed but the fraud term is being thrown around too loosely considering Congress approved the vast majority of the expenditures that DOGE is referring to as fraud.
Right because no one ever defrauds the govt, especially in Medicare/medicaid and social security or grants
Just because something has been approved doesn't mean fraud can't happen.
Food stamps programs are approved and funded. There is still a significant amount of fraud in those, and other government programs.
If a federal agency can't pass an audit, don't you think the chance of fraud is higher?
