What an exciting week for Marshall football. On Monday, the Massey Ratings were released predicting Marshall to run the table this season with its closest margin of victory coming in a 5 point win over Western Kentucky in the season finale.
12-0. That is the prediction just as it was last season. But even if the Herd runs the table this year, will it get any more respect than what it received last season?
Just as I said last year I will say again this year. No.
Especially with the team that is ranked one spot ahead of the Herd just as it was last season.
Yep, you guessed it. Boise State. The Cinderella of the G5 schools that got the Golden Ticket last season and cashed in big.
Just like Marshall, Boise is predicted to run the table but it has something the Herd is missing just like last season...
