All three great guys. Bobby's mom used to send the best care packages filled with goodies and he'd invite us over to share the wealth.

What a great post. I just visited "Gate of Heaven Cemetery" and the graves of Bobby, Jack and Mark while taking my youngest to Kenwood Mall. I will attend the 50th memorial this year at the fountain

Wonder why they left Jim Schroer, Head Trainer, out? He too is buried in the “Gate of Heaven” cemetery. I had the good and great privilege of being one of the student athletic trainers in 1970 and Jim Schroer taught me a lot.

I read about Jim. Did he go to Moeller. I know that they had another Moeller classmate to play for Marshall but he wasn't on the plane.

In helping with Marshall's memory book (Leslie Deese Garvis started), I made a fb page in Bob, Jack and MArk's honor if anyone would want to join to preserve their memory and hoping to gather more interest in Marshall Sports. I would love for Herd Fans to join. It's a slow page but I have a fair amount of pics and clippings on there.
