I remember him. Hard to imagine that many of the faculty and staff of my college time are very elderly or deceased.

Enjoyed my few brief run ins with him. Rest in peace.

Had quite a few Pol. Sci. classes from Dr. Perry back in the 60s. He'd only been at MU about a year when I took my first one, since he had recently come to Huntington from Michigan State where he earned his Ph.D. Was a very challenging and interesting professor and made his students really think about the issues and subject matter involved in his respective courses. I appreciated the time I spent in the classroom with Dr. Perry at MU, if not always the final grade that I may have attained. I also know he was into Herd Athletics, I believe, perhaps basketball the most, as I have seen him on quite a few occasions over the years at the CAM, etc. RIP, Dr. Perry!!
