Herd picks up 7’4” center Matthew Van Komen, lately out of Elon. Has been well traveled in the college ranks. I think we are his 4th school. Born & raised in Utah. Rim protection!

In our game vs Elon last season, Van Komen collected 14 boards and 3-5 (6pts) & 4 PF in 23 mins. I guess that’s how he was on our radar.
