It’s entirely possible this is the biggest own goal/human error the civilization has ever seen. But because the deplorables theorized this early on the tribalism prevents us from getting to the bottom of it. And because Trump said it may have happens it just cannot have happens this way, right?
It’s entirely possible (?probable?)something like this happened…
1. Obama admin says stop gain of function research
2. Fauci funds EcoHealth ,,,then EcoHealth funnels funds into Wuhan. A lower level facility that should not be doing GoF research anyway
3. GoF research happens at Wuhon
4. It escapes from lab.
5. Millions of people dead. Trillions of a capital vanished.
This is not a “conspiracy.” It’s on the list of possible things that could have happened.

I am not so sure that some people want to dig deep. Why? Probably going to lead back to us helping fund it at least in some capacity.
I think we would learn we fund a lot of China stuff….though there lives a reasonable explanation there too - to keep an eye on them and “work together.”
The cover up is of more interest to me honestly. And acting like we’re all idiots to consider a lab leak to begin with.
The reason the WHO's investigation has stopped is because of China's grandstanding. It's a eminence front (it's a put on.)
