What are your thoughts about MU purchasing, taking over or whatever it would be called of in state schools such as Concord, Glenville State or WV State? Can Jim Justice put something such as this together? Can/will we think out of the box on this subject? Look forward to your comments.

Personally, MU needs to further develop and grow its main campus first. Already has centers in Pt. Pleasant and South Charleston, and classes at locations in Putnam County. Physical plant in Huntington needs a lot of upgrades, modernization and, frankly, some replacements with new structures if MU is to significantly grow its enrollment. Some smaller state institutions may be slated for possible closures if state's economy doesn't start to turn around in next 2-3 years. Philosophically, hard to argue that we need less higher ed opportunities when state has the lowest percentage of college grads in the country.
