A week after the Trump administration unveiled tariffs of up to 30% on imports of solar panels, one of China's biggest manufacturers announced that it plans to open a new plant in the U.S.

JinkoSolar said in a statement Monday that its board of directors had given the go-ahead to "finalize planning for the construction of an advanced solar manufacturing facility in the U.S."

The statement suggested Jinko's decision was tied to the new tariffs, saying that the company "continues to closely monitor treatment of imports of solar cells and modules under the U.S. trade laws."

He promised repeatedly that Mexico would pay for it, yet they have mocked his overtures of such. Now, realizing that his middle school student council promises are exposed, he tries to play word games and claim he didn't mean they would "pay" for it directly.

He claims to have repealed "the core" of Obamacare, but in reality, it still very much exists. The most critical part of it - the ACA - is still intact. What was repealed - the individual mandate - is still law for the rest of the year. In other words, he was able to repeal just a small part of it (not the "core" like he claims) and wasn't even successful in doing it for more than half of his term.
