This has supposedly been in the works for about two years, but has never come to fruition. Maybe our recent performance has changed things. Don't think it was a reluctance on the part of WSU, as their entire coaching class came to Danny/Mike/Du's clinic.
Now the rumor is that west trip out west will be in 2019. Our marquee OOC games in 2018 are Maryland, Texas A&M and Memphis.
@Herdmeister is the man for that sort of info.
Wonder how much turnover in personnel there will be at Memphis with Tubby Smith's ouster and what kind of talent Penny Hardaway will be able to bring in by next season. Word is that Tubby was not very successful in securing much local talent from the Memphis area which is traditionally a talent rich location.
Also have to wonder if the game with the Tigers is part of a home and home deal or just a one shot contract with the game at their location.
