Colin Cowherd (or maybe it was Jim Rome) was talking about betting a few years ago on his radio show. the subject came up about betting with "emotions" and staying away from "your" team. he said to absolutely bet on your team. bet against them every time they play. if they lose, you win money so it's not so bad. if they win, consider the lost bet a "winning the game tax".
