I think we are facing a really interesting situation. No AD candidate will take this job unless they are able to independantly evaluate the basketball program and have the freedom to make their own decison. I support Jeff but is he willing to tell the Board we need to make a change? If they choose a new AD I have to think a change is coming simply because no AD would ever retain a coach after this season. If we choose a new AD and his end decision is to retain this staff then we have a problem.
