Well, they got a new police chief and he is against "stop and frisk" which was a deterrent for felons to carry. In 2016 "stop and frisk" is down 84% in Chicago and murders are on a record pace. Coincidence?

When August started I said there was no way Chicago would hit the expected number of murders that had been projected by Labor Day. I might not only be wrong, I might be grossly underestimating Chicago's sheer will to murder. We're only 11 days into the month & they've already recorded 32 homicides.

Years of cultural rot are not going to be reversed by a govt policy, Cons or Lib. This is THE problem with the ignorant mindset of the masses fostered by generations of big govt guarantees and promises.
