based on the above, yes, still 0 and whatever. and, if you've followed this trial like the rest of the civilized world, you'll know it's nothing more than a throw shit against the wall and see what sticks trial. in the end, if trump loses, it'll certainly be appealed. hell, most msm outlets are already acknowledging an appeal is coming, which tells us 1) trump will likely be found guilty in a partisan hack trial, 2) everybody with any sense about them knows it's bullshit, and 3) trump will likely win the appeal because, well see 2.

The NY civil trial will be reversed. You can’t just go into a trial already determining someone is guilty and start from that point.
