Cuba and US diplomats

anyone else been following what's been going on in Cuba with our diplomats?

Apparently they have been under attack by an acoustic weapon causing concussion like symptoms and hearing loss among other things.

It is a very strange situations, they are now reporting the Canadians are reporting similar symptoms.

Not only have out diplomats been stacked with acoustic weapons they have been harassed and had their cars and vehicles broken in too.

Has Russia written all over it. In the last decade Putin has been doubling down on his relationship with Cuba for obvious reasons. There are over 50,000 Russians that we know of living on that little island.
