If he had removed her it would have gone to another district, not dismissed. Would the new district dismiss it? Possibly but who knows.

Willis is now likely going to be removed by the legislature instead and given to a new district anyway so Mcaffe won’t have to Deal with blow back in his hyper partisan district of removing her.
