Does Hillary Even Bother Campaigning in WV?

Not sure about ingenuity and creativity, but you definitely have to be determined. At this point in time, I'm glad I never was quite determined enough to go through with it.
Always chickened out. I'd set dates for it, wrote the notes, pictured it, planned it out, researched it, etc. The research probably scared me the most. Seeing the results of the under 10% who screwed it up. Blind, still living with half a face, no nose, etc.
I think with cancer that progresses enough to cause a lot of pain, it's still a viable option. I'll admit the subject is still fascinating to me. I like how things are going, but I like finality. Whatever is left to do, if I had the whole list, I'd prefer to hurry up and get it done as fast as I can and then be finished.

There is no "whole list". Bottom line is that you prefer to live rather than die. That's pretty normal.
It was a rush though back when I was still young enough to believe I might do it. I recall one night up in Roane County with that gun in the car. Pulling off I-79, "This is it, boy. This is it." Then, chickening out and flooring the gas. Was a red '95 Taurus back then. The old man didn't want it anymore. Had 150,000 on it and transmission problems.
Anyhow, the best night of all was the time I was screwed up on them antidepressants and drove back up to Big Otter the night after a friend (back when I had them) drove my other car and killed a dog with it. Bent the radiator and caused $2,000 of damage, but insurance covered most of it.
But the next night, I drove the old '95 back up there and scooped the dead dog up into a bucket. Put it in the trunk. Had bloody shoes as I went into the Elkview Speedway for a 99 cent 44 ounce fountain drink. Dr. Pepper. Back then, I guzzled the high test. I was a horse at 240 pounds and energetic enough to enjoy a lot of the bizarre places this mind takes me.
I kind of miss the adventure and excitement of all that, but it certainly had its drawbacks. I don't miss those.
