Not sure about ingenuity and creativity, but you definitely have to be determined. At this point in time, I'm glad I never was quite determined enough to go through with it.
Always chickened out. I'd set dates for it, wrote the notes, pictured it, planned it out, researched it, etc. The research probably scared me the most. Seeing the results of the under 10% who screwed it up. Blind, still living with half a face, no nose, etc.
I think with cancer that progresses enough to cause a lot of pain, it's still a viable option. I'll admit the subject is still fascinating to me. I like how things are going, but I like finality. Whatever is left to do, if I had the whole list, I'd prefer to hurry up and get it done as fast as I can and then be finished.
