I dislike Nancy Pelosi. Our political ideology is at opposite ends of the spectrum. That being said, I'll call bullsh*t when I see it. This is a garbage "story." Of course it's from a garbage source. She is clearly just pausing to find the right words. Anyone that's ever engaged in any significant amount of public speaking has done this.
