You are correct that most could not answer the questions, but Ms Willis is not “most.” She is in an elevated government position and should be held to a higher standard. She is clueless and intellectually unqualified for her position.
Most cabinets I see on the market use inferior woods and hardware. From what I have seen, you strive for a higher standard. You could just as easily be mediocre if you chose. Just because a majority of people don’t do or don’t know something does not make it acceptable. It just shows ignorance.
