It was sarcasm, guys......lighten up

No, none of that. Not after this season.

Sorry man, tough to take a joke even, having watched the worst team in Marshall Football history suit up and show us a new way to lose. Worse than ANY Snyder coached team this year by a mile. If anyone can name a worse team we have fielded, I'd bet that team had more heart and more grit. This team is about as soft as the girls in that Lingerie Football league.

Bottom line ....the whole team sucks, the coaches suck, the AD sucks, our conference sucks! Anyone I left out......oh yea, I suck for giving a sh#t!

It's the fans fault. If we would give more money we would win.

Considering the facilities this program has, the support, and the finances poured into it, this is the worst Marshall football team in the history of the program.

Heads need to roll!!!

I think even the Super Fans have finally abandoned that rhetoric.

Don't need to pile it on...You all have said it all. But does anyone actually know the status of Doc's contract? Is there a buyout number someone could share? We all agree his 17-26 road record is pathetic and unacceptable, but has Hamrick put the department in an impossible situation to make a change? I don't want to be danny downer on a beautiful Sunday morning, but the results won't change much next year. This team has issues on both sides of the ball and a QB that frankly just isn't very good. If Mike does not make a change he's simply delaying the inevitable. Road games at Cincy (a game we could win but won't), NC State, WKU, and MTSU will make for another long season...

You forgot about the all of a sudden murderers row of Charlotte, Old Dominion, Florida Atlantic and Florida International.

May be in the minority here, but i like having doc as our head coach....i appreciate his integrity and passion for our school and program.....and i appreciate his loyalty as well....none of us really know what's going on inside the shewey, but i have a strong suspicion that there will be some shakeup this offseason that will get things back on track

I appreciate Doc for those traits as well but he has to make changes in the OC, SC and at QB for me to believe he really wants what's best for the program and move it forward.

No action and he has lost me.

Easy to be "loyal" when no one else comes calling. He is indeed a good man. But his lack of real head coaching (X's and O's strategy) experience is beginning to compound here. There have been glimpses of this in the past, but there was enough talent here to surpass the deficiency. Most fans were happy beating cupcakes despite many pointing this weakness out. Good coaches and players have been sent packing. Frankly, I don't see where any talent really lies right now. This team appears gutted.

If significant changes are not made this off season at every level, a new decade of football abyss is inevitable.

Just can't say many coaches have been sent "packing" by Doc. Yes, he let the DC prior to Heater go, but many/most coaches who left were voluntarily for jobs at bigger programs and much more $$$$$. E.g., Seider (doubled his salary at WVU), rb coachThomas Brown to Wisconsin, and the coach who left for Georgia about a year ago, and prior strength/conditioner coach. Also, receivers coach Furrey left for a head coaching job. Apparently Tony Peterson wanted more experience on his resume so left to LA Tech to be an OC instead of a co-coordinator like here at MU.
