Please explain the things you believe are false from his speech on the topic?
Go on the interwebs and you can find that promises were made not to move NATO east. You can verify all the expansion dates. You can verify the Nuland call he shared where we are basically pulling a coup in Ukraine.
So what did he say that was wrong?
Also, I checked him out. From his long list of impressive accomplishments I didn’t see the one you mentioned.

Clinton was president when NATO accepted three (3) new members. George W was president when we accepted seven (7) new members and he supported the inclusion of Ukraine. That was back when we had real men in the Oval Office.
