Not only is it old news, it means nothing, except that Clinton (like most politicians) bummed flights (and let's assume cash) from billionaires. And plenty of billionaires happen to cavort around with hot pussy. That doesn't mean Epstein brought his underage girls along. In fact, the link says nothing of the sort, and is kind of sleazy to try to imply such by mere association.
