That wasnt a drop, the defender got there early and it should have been pass interference. If we are going that route, should we blame Fancher for throwing the ball 5 yards out of bounds nowhere close to the receiver on the blitz

You need to have a QB able to throw the ball downfield. That is not Fancher. He is dink and dunk. Occasionally he will get a good throw downfield but more often than not, he cant do it.
