Gambling on the Supreme Court

It's really a hell of a gamble to not just go ahead and accept Obama's nominee. He's probably not much worse than that turncoat Bush put in there. And if (likely when) Hillary wins, they'll end up putting Whoopi Goldberg in there or Sotomayor's cousin.

Hate to say it, but probably better take the offer and run on this one.

He was a heart attack waiting to happen. Climate change is another non-issue. Nothing serious will be done with alternative energy in our lifetime. We have now discovered that there's way more oil than we thought there was a few years ago.

We'll keep burning it. Climate change, that's somebody else's problem.

Go back & listen to Obama's introduction of Garland yesterday. And, if you don't remember, go back & read how well people thought of Roberts when he was nominated. And finally, go one step further & read up on Senator Obama voting against Roberts. Alito wasn't quite as well liked as Roberts but Obama supported a filibuster against him. For Obama to decry politics in this process is horse shit. Man, President Obama would really be disappointed in Senator Obama.

That's all well and good, but the situation at hand is likely either take this one now or take a much more liberal one next year.
