The Marshall coaching staff extended 11 offers during the 2015 recruiting cycle to players from the state of South Carolina. Two of those players, Leron Carn and Latrell Nieves, signed National Letters of Intent with the Thundering Herd in February.
It's early in the 2016 cycle, but six offers have already been made to players from the Palmetto State. The staff looks to strike again in South Carolina with wide receivers coach Mike Furrey leading the way as the area recruiter.
