Herd picked up a good one yesterday

Lets hope. If we are gonna contend for CUSA next year, gotta have some WR's step up big time.

Now we need to land a couple of Juco corners.

I think Deon-Tay is due to put it together next year. I also think that the progression of Litton will help make the WR's look better

Pray Coach Legg allows Litton to "progress."

Really, the kid was a true freshman and his all conference and future pro running back went down early. What do you do? Turn the kid lose so he can make a bunch of mistakes and cost the team wins or bring him along slow so he can build confidence and allow the team to win games around him. Its not Legg has not proven he can coach up a QB to produce at a high level like he did with Cato.

Relax guys the kid was a true freshman.

Well that sucks, more than likely gone if that's all it took for him to reopen recruitment lol kinda like that cheating wife who always has her eyes open for the next best thing.

I get they are young but how about showing some restraint in naming a team so early? Just tell the team you are very interested and you will keep them in the loop of what you decide. It's the respectful thing to do. Shows some maturity. Why make a visit to every school you go to and commit to every one of them when you have no clue?

A sports magazine in the late 60s or early 70s had a story on a high school bball recruit(think it was PG King Haskins) about the so called visits recruits were making and their pledges. The PG was a top recruit and he would make a visit every chance he had(like most of the recruits) and would verbal on a lot of the visits. In the story they asked why so many visits and he said to see the country and have fun. He made visits across the country and got away from the Northeast winter for awhile on his visit to Hawaii. As most 17-18 year old high school players they thought why not see places when i have a free paid trip and knowing they were going to be pampered like a prince.

To help save money for the schools and to make sure recruits would only visit schools they were really interested in attending== the NCAA established the five(official) visit rule.
