What people have a hard time grasping is that the illegalities surrounding the FISA warrant do not discount the need for a probe into the so called Russian connection. It simply taints any evidence found using the surveillance collected under the FISA warrant. Also all the BS conflicts of interest associated with the team Mueller has put together will taint any "evidence" that they come up with, but that's another story all together.
Because the investigation is ongoing and Mueller will use the “full cooperation” all the way until the end of the investigation.
