How a 16 team VALID playoff should look

How a 16 team playoff involving all 10 conf champs and 6 at-large bids could look. I took the highest ranked teams according to the CFP rankings and awarded the conf championship based on those rankings and seeded teams based on those. If teams were not ranked in CFP i used the AP poll.
16 team - 1 VALID National Champion. I will update again after this weekends championships and new rankings.

What could be...

1 - Alabama (SEC Champ)
16 - Marshall (CUSA Champ)

8 - Georgia (at-large)
9 - Cincinnati (AAC Champ)

5 - Texas A&M (At-large)
12 - Coastal Carolina (Sun Belt Champ)

4 - Ohio State (Big 10 Champ)
13 - Southern Cal (Pac 12 Champ

6 - Iowa State (Big 12 Champ)
11 - Indiana (at large)

3 - Clemson (At-large)
14 - San Jose State (MTN West Champ)

7 - Florida (At-large)
10 - Oklahoma (At-Large)

2 - Notre Dame (ACC Champ)
15 - Buffalo (MAC Champ)

I like it but would offer a few tweaks to it. #1 Clemson with Sunshine playing will beat the Irish. #2 I place us ahead of Buffalo. Just my opinion

Looks good, but why pair Marshall against a patsie. That could be U-G-L-Y.
