How many of you visit the Western Regional website regularly?

And why is that appealing to you? I might stand alone here, but I could never understand why people do this. I know many people who visit the site each morning and if someone that they recognize or know hits the site they can't mass text quick enough to tell everyone. That baffles me. What's the appeal? Is it being the first person to find out and it's the thrill of being the person to tell?

I've always felt that the site was akin to a public stockade. Are the people who visit the WRJ site the same people who threw rotten fruit at the prisoners in the public stockade? Are they the same people who jeered the condemned as they were walked to the gallows?

Anyway...I fall in the category of believing people who do this are either in bad need of a life or enjoy the misery and embarrassment of others. I'm sure I'm in a minority though.

I know people that scroll through the delinquent tax columns in the newspaper to see if there are people they know.

Yep. Seen that as well. One time my sticker was a day past due. I just hadn't got to it yet. I had a neighbor walk to my house as I was getting in the car in my driveway. He had to point it out to me. I asked him if he'd go ahead and inspect it while he was at it. I mean...who looks at people's license plates to see if their sticker is current?

That is is hilarious.

People need to get a life. Get outside and smell the roses.
Hell, I still find it hard to believe that grown men follow college athletes on Twitter. Lol!

Me too. Grown men acting like groupies over a football player.

Whi cares?

I visit the WRJ website every weekend to find out if I need to pick up my father in law or if I can have a relaxing weekend.

When Snyder was here I would scan it for football players.

Funny story though, I have a friend who looks at it everyday and also looks at the registered sex offender site everyday. We were going in to a Marshall game a few years ago and had several beers in our pockets and the guy checking tickets busted us and said we had to drop the beers in the trash. My buddy looks at him and says "hey, I saw you on the sex offender website." The guy told him to keep it quiet and let us go in with the beer, so I guess it can pay off. Oh, and I guess whoever staffs the ticket checkers doesn't do background checks.
