One thermometer said 14 this morning, another said -2. Not sure which one is right, but it is cold enough that the deck boards on my front entrance crack when I walk across them.

I believe one of my neighbors could use some additional insulation in the attic. He has icicles hanging from the roof eve to the ground.

What little insulation he has in the attic is installed incorrectly. I tried to tell him what to do, but I doubt he will ever get around to it.
