@marshallherdfan2 go to your profile by clicking on your username where you sign in on the front page. It will ask you to enter your password. Ignore that and sign all the way out. You will be directed to the main rivals page. Go back to HerdNation and then sign in again. Might not hurt to clear your cache as well.

If that does not work, let me know and I will contact customer service for you and see if that can take care of it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
